Got to the gym this morning....
One secret to the treadmill -- the RIGHT music. (Okay it was an ellipical trainer but the theory is the same.
Getting ready for the trip. Very close to packed. Got my food, got my cooler set up. Stopped and took a couple hour break at the gym.
As usual, (before a new event) I could not sleep last night. BUT the conference is in the morning, so saved the sleeping pills for tonight.
