Adjusting the Pump and going without Dex

I'm back to "normal" days, so I am working on adjusting my pump again.  I'm focusing on breakfast right now -- my blood sugar was 207 after breakfast, so I had to do a correction.  Therefore, I'm going to up my carb to insulin ratio.  I just changed it from 7 to 6.

As to Dexcom -- I've decided to give my skin a rest -- the entire area where I have been using the Dexcom is raw and scratched up.  I think I've been doing quite a bit of itching.  It will be interesting to go back to the old way of doing things.
