Getting back

Maybe I should get rid of titles on these....

Worked out 5 days. 2 with personal trainer, 3 cardio days.

Did 50 minutes today, trying to work up to 1 hours.

Figured something out. Working out hasn't been futile, it keeps me from gaining 5-10 pounds a week.

Went and had a initial "survery" meeting with the hypnotist. Looking forward to that. Will see her for a session on Tuesday.

i'm a diabetic & was browsing over some weblogs, thus finding this. I'm a type 2 diabetic and though i don't (yet) inject insulin to myself, i do find it hard being a diabetic. Lost weight by working out but eventually the pounds would double by next week. sigh.
