Super Program, now Better!

I loved the Palm byself version. I REALLY REALLY wanted a Windows program interface though, and they came through.

Diabetes Pilot - Software for Palm PDA's and Windows PC's

For the technically minded diabetic, this is the best program around. You can track as much, or as little as you want.

Produces great reports, especially the new Windows version, but will link into Word or Excel (or any other office type program that takes comma delimited).

Maybe I'll start logging better!

Does this program have a "download from meter" function? My meter has a serial interface for the computer but their software is very clunky and poorly organized. I've been looking for better software to interface with my current meter.

I'm also surprised that the software company doesn't have a PC/Palm bundle at a slightly reduced price. $64 for both isn't a lot of money but I'm surprised they don't try to nudge into both with a discount on the two.

I'd love the Palm for eating out to check foods but would do most of the charting at home on the PC. How are you using it?

Also a "portion of the proceeds from registration of the program will be donated." A statement like that makes me feel that it is a very small donation. I don't know why they just don't come out a say how much.

regards,

Ken

Have a look at Universal Tracking System.

It hasn't an interface for the current meter but it can track and chart medical tests, diet and nutrition, weight, blood pressure and pulse, smoking, stress level, activity, ...
